What is Hypnosis?

A natural state of mind (trance) that we all go into at some level each day.  It is simply focusing your mind on one thing to the exclusion of all else.

     It is not being in someones control!

     It is not being asleep or going 'under'.

Hypnosis is a way of being in contact with your inner self, your subconscious, which holds the potential for change.

Hypnosis is a partnership between you and the therapist, working together to reach your goal.  At all times you are fully in control and cannot be 'made' to do anything against your will.
